7 Tips For Super Health

Super Wellness Hint # 1 – Become Your Medical practitioner – Get a second View – Your Own. 

Three important facts about today’s doctors. First, they have small, if any, teaching in nourishment or how to prevent or remedy diseases. Next, they address your symptoms, perhaps not the trigger, and next, data show that 94% of them receive a commission for prescribing drugs—3 reasons for a second opinion.

Super Wellness Hint # 2 – Balance is Critical. 

A stool Has 3 Feet – only 1 or 2, and you drop over. What you consume determines 70% of your health. Exercise determines 20% – do something. Your well-being environment, internally, how you think and feel, and outwardly, your social network is 10%.

Super Wellness Hint # 3 – Discover Super Foods. 

Whole foods provide better nourishment and energy and construct a more robust immune system. Eat whole grains and seeds in cereals, bread, and rice germ, bran, and makers yeast. Super Wellness Hint # 4 – Spend In You. 

You keep yourself well-informed and invest hundreds in your home and cars. Spend within your body – for the best benefits over your lifetime. Get nourishment courses – read some health books. Super Wellness Hint # 5 – Discipline Yourself – No one Else Can. 

Become a closet health fan year by year. Don’t transmit it – stay it. Many people care more about their vehicles than their bodies – and spend more time planning their vacations than watching for the forehead they remain in. Don’t be one of them. Integrate what you learn into your lifestyle.

Super Wellness Hint # 6 – Wellness is a Journey. 

Your system is amazingly resilient. You can cure obesity, alcoholism, and drug habit and prevent them from destroying your body. Your well-being is established by what you do in the last 3 months of one’s life. Commit to and become the healthiest, and stay to your 80s, 90s, and even 100s with delight, zest, and bounding energy.

Super Wellness Hint # 7 – Become a 95% Vegetarian. 

The evidence is currently conclusive. The fat, cholesterol, triglycerides, and carcinogenic protein from beef and dairy food block us up, eliminates our body flow, decrease the air to our cells, make us slow, and cause high body pressure, high cholesterol, heart problems, and cancer. Cut out 95% of beef and dairy.
